Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Process Optimization Specialist. The ideal candidate will support business improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending optimized processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end process maps across departments using tools like Visio/Lucidchart.
  • Conduct time & motion studies and FTE analysis for workforce planning.
  • Standardize SOPs aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Develop visual guides, manuals, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain centralized SOP repository and enforce process governance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
  • 2–3 years' experience in a Process Analyst role (preferably in BPO, healthcare outsourcing, or medical billing).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Lucidchart.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
