As a key member of our production team, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Process Specialist to lead the optimization of finishing processes in our furniture manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize surface finishing workflows across product categories to ensure flawless aesthetics and durability in final products.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for material preparation, surface treatment, and finish application.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance finish consistency, reduce rework, and improve material utilization.
  • Supervise and train technical staff on best practices in finish application and visual inspection.
  • Maintain safe handling of application materials and adherence to health/environmental protocols.
  • Ensure correct application ratios, drying conditions, and finish thickness standards are met.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in improving surface enhancement techniques, managing material efficiency, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and sustainability in production.

This role is critical to elevating production standards through systematic improvement of finishing operations.
