Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely task completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in workflow or operations coordination within the construction industry.
  • Strong English communication skills for dealing with the US market and management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Asana/Trello.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project needs, priorities, and timelines.
