Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations, documentation, compliance, and administrative coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist in preparing contracts, letters, and policy documents.
    • Support compliance audits and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
    • Coordinate with Finance for payroll-related administrative tasks.
  • Performance & Training Support:
    • Assist and coordinate monthly performance review meetings and feedback sessions.
    • Help organize internal and external training sessions, collect feedback, and update training trackers.
  • Onboarding & Employee Services:
    • Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and induction scheduling.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to health insurance, OPD, and HR policies.
    • Track insurance claims and coordinate with vendors for timely resolutions.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting Support:
    • Update and maintain HR dashboards (e.g., BambooHR, Leapsome, ResourceInn).
    • Assist in compiling regular reports on employee data, attrition, and engagement trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of HR experience (internship or full-time).
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative HR team.
