Key Roles for Sustainability Expertise

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sustainable development and corporate responsibility, with strong research capabilities and a background in finance. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to sustainability strategies, reporting, and consulting projects across various sectors.

  • Assist in developing and implementing sustainability strategies for clients.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on sustainability trends, ESG reporting standards, and industry best practices.
  • Support in preparing sustainability reports, impact assessments, and client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations.
  • Stay updated with global sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs.
  • Assist in client engagements, presentations, and proposal development.

Suitable candidates will possess a BBA/MBA (Finance major), CA, ACCA, or CA Finalist qualification along with Fresh to 2 years of experience; experience in sustainability consulting or corporate sustainability will be a plus. A strong academic background with a passion for ESG and sustainability topics is also required.

Desirable skills include Excellent research and analytical skills, Strong communication and presentation skills, Ability to work independently and in a team environment, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
