We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our organization in North America.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expansion.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners to foster long-term collaborations.
- Collaborate with the Sales Head in the US to drive sales efforts and achieve sales targets.
Natural fluency in English with a neutral accent is required for effective communication and customer interaction.
A minimum of 15-20 years of residence in the US or Canada is essential for understanding the local market and culture.
Proven sales experience with a track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving sales targets is necessary.
Intermediate computer skills are required for managing sales data, analyzing market trends, and creating sales reports.
A strong proactive approach is essential for staying ahead of the competition and driving business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Native American accent not required but preferred for cultural authenticity.
- Experience working closely with international teams is beneficial for fostering global partnerships and collaborations.
Work Schedule:
5 days a week, night shift to accommodate business needs and client requirements.
Compensation:
