Job Title: Growth Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Growth Strategist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct presentations and software demonstrations to showcase our solutions to potential clients.
  • Customer Analysis: Analyze HR Policies and Requirements of customers to better understand their needs.
  • Business Development: Develop new business relationships, generate, and negotiate new income for the company to agreed annual targets, with a primary focus on Human Capital Management System.
  • Clients Engagement: Present Softronic Solutions to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, Skype meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
  • Lead Setting and Appointment Setting: Responsible for lead setting and appointment setting to facilitate the sales process.
  • Sales Process Management: Actively and successfully manage the sales process in collaboration with the HCMS Team when required.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather marketing intelligence and stay up to date with competitor activities.
