Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of our department's Management Information System (MIS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, supply chain management, and financial systems. They should also possess excellent analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data availability and integrity.
  • Provide training and support to departmental staff on MIS tools and reporting procedures.
  • Identify business needs and translate them into MIS requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, procurement, or logistics.
  • At least 4 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, you should be proficient in:

  • SQL programming and database management.
  • Oracle Server and PL/SQL development best practices.
  • Advance Excel and Power Query and Power Pivot.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into MIS requirements.
  • Provide training and support to departmental staff on MIS tools and reporting procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data management and system functionality.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure data availability and integrity.
