Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead projects, pre-audit, and fund management. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Finance/Accounting or CA/ACMA with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise verification, cross-checking, and approvals for job cards, ensuring compliance with financial powers and SOPs.
  • Prepare annual capital expenditure budgets through discussions, meetings, and evaluations to meet management objectives.
  • Issue hundreds of job numbers under various categories, both for natural and RLNG jobs.
  • Upload approved financial budgets and pipelines into the system against each job number.
  • Prepare financial feasibility reports for pipeline projects, considering P&D/Sales department data input, government guidelines, and ECC decisions.
  • Closing of projects section with revenue overhead allocations at company level to all relevant projects.
  • Prepare various schedules to facilitate management decision-making.
  • Perform aging analysis for ongoing distribution and transmission projects.
  • Head pre-audit team: Pre audit involves system-based SPO/NLO bills and manual invoices.
  • Resolve ERP issues related to projects module and suggest improvements.
  • Verify payment of provident fund loans and final settlement payments for unit B executives and staff.
  • Verify cash imprest sent to/received from HO for disbursement of provident fund loans/final settlement.
  • Act as signatory for cheques issued by SSGC/Fund Section.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by superiors.
