We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Funding Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing funding and building sustainable relationships with donors to support our programs and long-term goals.

This includes working closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities, develop grant proposals, manage donor communications, and report on the impact of funds raised.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Strategic Fundraising: Develop and implement effective strategies to secure funding from various sources, including government grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations.
  • Grant Writing: Research and write compelling grant proposals that showcase our mission and impact.
  • Donor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential donors, ensuring their needs are met and they are informed about our progress.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Track and analyze the impact of fundraising efforts, providing regular reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
