
Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Administrative Support Professional to provide support to senior-level executives in their daily tasks.
About the Position:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior-level executives, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
- Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events to ensure smooth logistics.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Available to work 6 days a week with varying shifts (including evenings and nights).
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
