Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our office, developing policies, procedures, and systems that ensure efficient office operation.

The role involves providing assistance and support to the office principal in problem-solving, project planning, and management. You will supervise the work of employees in supporting roles, assigning workload, and monitoring employee performance.

You will also oversee resources management and administration procedures, including documentation. Additionally, you will perform research and analysis on specific issues, preparing non-routine letters and/or reports as required.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and institutions. You will organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and special events, coordinating and attending committee meetings as necessary.
