Financial Leadership Opportunity

Provide strategic guidance for operational matters across the organization, contributing to strengthened hospital activities.

The role involves preparing annual and quarterly standalone financial statements for statutory purposes, working with the finance team to prepare site-wise profit & loss accounts and management accounts.

Budget preparation for departments and the Faisalabad Unit, analyzing forecasting data to improve business decisions, and planning reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Preparing qualitative and quantitative data analysis for revenue assurance, analyzing risks to minimize losses or damages, ensuring invoices have been raised and recoveries posted, and evaluating financial reporting systems.

A review of salary/business income contracts, calculation of physician share independently, reconciliation of daily revenues with cash collected, and checking financial and operational feasibility models.
