Job Title: Strategic Finance Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through financial planning and analysis.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze operational and commercial performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting excellence.
  • Manage and execute monthly commercial targets, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Build and maintain financial databases by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting a wide range of data sources.
  • Perform qualitative analysis of operational and financial data to ensure quality assurance in models.
  • Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, as well as supporting operations and finance teams in monthly reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement of planning processes through gathering feedback from teams and understanding their needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
