Your Opportunity
  • Drives portfolio prioritization in line with the enterprise ambition and goals
  • Enables the fluid resource allocation and creates transparency around investment across the organization
  • Outcome based planning, flexible resource allocation, catalysts, enablers, custodian of performance, above-country network
  • Supports all squads, teams and functions concerning financial and strategic decisions and acts as sparring partner
  • Acts as a strategic thought partner that generates integrated, end-to-end, customer-centric insights
  • Enables informed decision making with the ultimate goal to drive better outcomes for more patients – lead the monthly business reviews
  • Advanced Analytics, Integrating multiple data sources, benchmarking, Competitive intelligence, Digital & Artificial Intelligence
  • Engages with the Finance Champions and drives initiatives in the field of automation and AI in order to enable most effective resource allocation
  • Drives the budget with in depth understanding of how sales and OPEX expectations are composed including the ambition level and the underlying assumptions
  • Financial Backbone Activities including all the operational tasks which stay in the affiliates and make sure that our month end closing works flawlessly. E.g. accruals, OpEx reporting etc
  • Price monitoring & Management
  • Proactively building and maintaining networks across both, local and global organization

Who You Are
  • Can fosters and practices innovation by actively using and promoting new ways of working and collaboration (e.g. OBP, investment retrospective etc.)
  • Can breaks siloes and acts as thought partner beyond financial processes/topics
  • Have experience of SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), Digital, Business Finance Champions, Reporting
  • Be familiar with the latest data analysis and visualization tools ( Tableau, SAC etc.)
  • Have 3-5 years working in FP&A, Controlling and Finance Business Partnering roles
  • Have CA/ACCA/MBA
