Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Freight Forwarding Sales Professional to identify and close new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and promote our logistics and freight forwarding services.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop new clients in import/export freight business (air, sea & land)
- Pitch freight forwarding solutions tailored to client needs
- Prepare and share competitive quotes and proposals
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare regular sales reports and client feedback
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Logistics, or related field preferred)
- 2+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Good network within logistics/import-export businesses (preferred)
