Role Description

Job Type: On site, permanent

Job Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Job Time: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description

  • Coordinate with clients for import licenses, international trade compliance and shipment process.
  • Coordinate with bank for obtaining all necessary documnets such as FIN (Financial Instrument).
  • Handle all local and international import and export end to end operations.
  • Prepare and verify quotations and all import and export documentation.
  • Maintain effective communication with all clients for shipments and vendors for compliance.
  • Maintain shipments and projects database weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, International Trade or related.
  • Entry level job, experience not more than 1 year.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
