Job Title: Software Sales Specialist

This role involves selling custom software solutions, including web and mobile applications, to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing and post-sale support.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, preferably in custom web and mobile application development, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls and targeted outreach to generate new sales opportunities, identifying and qualifying prospects, and managing the full sales cycle, including needs assessment, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct outbound cold calls and targeted outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
  2. Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects for custom software development services.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  4. Skillfully negotiate pricing, project scopes, and timelines with prospective clients.
  5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  6. Provide prompt and basic customer support for post-sale client queries.
  7. Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to accurately scope projects and set client expectations.
  8. Maintain accurate CRM records for all sales activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions.
  9. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs consistently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven success in software sales, preferably in custom web and mobile application development.
  • Experience in cold calling, high-volume outreach, lead qualification, and full-cycle sales management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-ticket deals effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of the software development landscape, including key technologies and business models.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fully remote, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Previous experience in customer support or client success roles is a plus.
