Job Description:

Payroll and Accounting Services

The successful candidate will provide payroll and accounting services to support the organization's financial operations.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Process payroll and accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  2. Verify the accuracy of financial documents and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  3. Assist in financial planning and budgeting activities.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to employees and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
  3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial management tools.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
