Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Support: Act as students' first point of contact, providing initial information and guidance about our services, university options, and required documents.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with students to ensure they are updated on their application status and any additional requirements.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain accurate student records in our database to ensure all information is current and easily accessible.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure students progress smoothly through their application process.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years.
  • Education: Graduation or Professional Qualification.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for data management.
  • Attitude: A proactive and positive approach to helping students achieve their goals and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
