Human Resources Manager
DescriptionThe ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the administration of personnel, ensuring that company policies and procedures are compliant with employment regulations.
This position requires a strong understanding of key principles of employment law and excellent communication skills to guide the HR team and motivate staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
- Conducting employee performance reviews and providing guidance on professional development opportunities.
- Collaborating with managers and staff to resolve conflicts and address employee grievances.
- Managing employee relations and maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in an HR management role.
A certification in HR such as CIPD/HRCI/SHRM is highly desirable.
Work Environment:
This position is based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan and involves working closely with the Translation and Localization team to achieve business objectives.
