
Chief People Officer

We are looking for an HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or related field and proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
The main activities include:
- Recruitment
- Post jobs for open positions
- Shortlist candidates
- Establish communication, schedule and conduct interviews with the department heads
- Complete hiring and onboarding process for new employees
- Keep recruitment active throughout the year
- HR Documents
- Collecting and Maintaining Employee Personal Data/Documents
- Maintain company HR documents
- Updating templates for company HR documents as needed
- Enforcing Company HR Policies
- Processing leaves and PTO's
- Monitoring daily attendance and company clock-in, clock-out system
- Execute employee terminations/resignations and conduct exit Interviews
- Maintain and execute employee growth plan
- Payroll
- Maintain payroll setup and policies
- Processing payroll data for all employees
- Reconcile attendance, leaves, bonuses, commissions, advance/loans
- Maintain provident, gratuity and other funds
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly reports on employee status to management
- Monthly reports on HR related changes, activities to the executive team
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
We require:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
