Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Product Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hardware systems, excellent client-facing experience, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

This role requires both technical depth and communication skills, as you'll serve as a bridge between customers, engineering, and sales. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving hardware/software issues during field trials or deployments, ensuring the product functions optimally in real-world environments.

As a Product Engineer, you will engage directly with clients to understand their technical needs and use cases, support the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and evaluation trials, and help drive product adoption by clearly explaining technical value propositions. You will also provide on-site training and create supporting documentation (user manuals, guides, FAQs) and assist clients with product installation, configuration, and successful integration.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer, Telecom, IT, or a closely related discipline, and 2+ years of industry experience in electronic hardware design, testing, field support, or product integration. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve hardware/software issues during field trials or deployments.
  • Ensure the product functions optimally in real-world environments.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their technical needs and use cases.
  • Support the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and evaluation trials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer, Telecom, IT, or a closely related discipline.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in electronic hardware design, testing, field support, or product integration.
  • Strong hands-on skills with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, and automated test systems.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software integration issues in real-time field environments.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, PCB testing, and system-level troubleshooting.
