Senior Technical Sales Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Technical Sales Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop tailored sales pitches to communicate the value of embedded systems solutions to diverse client segments.
  • Utilize multiple outreach channels to engage with prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and product expert, addressing client inquiries by simplifying technical concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.

Market Development

  • Identify, research, and prioritize new business opportunities through various sources.
  • Use market insights to identify trends, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster mutual trust with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior sales role at a leading technology company.
  • Solid understanding of technical specifications, features, and applications of products in industries like IoT, automotive, and industrial automation.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics to manage and optimize sales performance.
  • Experience in building and leading sales teams is a strong plus.
