Senior Technical Sales Leader
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Technical Sales Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop tailored sales pitches to communicate the value of embedded systems solutions to diverse client segments.
- Utilize multiple outreach channels to engage with prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor and product expert, addressing client inquiries by simplifying technical concepts.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.
Market Development
- Identify, research, and prioritize new business opportunities through various sources.
- Use market insights to identify trends, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be passionate about sales and driven to achieve results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster mutual trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a senior sales role at a leading technology company.
- Solid understanding of technical specifications, features, and applications of products in industries like IoT, automotive, and industrial automation.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and building long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics to manage and optimize sales performance.
- Experience in building and leading sales teams is a strong plus.
