Job Title: Warranty Registration Specialist

Job Summary:

This role involves registering Service agreements presented by Manufacturers to partners and managing registration changes requested by clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of computer hardware and software applications, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for compensating managers, account executives, and salespeople engaged in Service Registration/Activation.

  • They will resolve discrepancies in registrations, coordinate registration summaries, and distribute fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.

  • Ensuring that all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or approved business practices is also a key aspect of this role.

  • The job holder will proactively manage customer information, including additions, moves, and changes within the registration and asset database.

  • They will retrieve registration confirmations from vendors and resolve inconsistencies in registration data from vendors/manufacturers side.

  • The candidate will gather missing information from Sales Reps and internal departments to complete the registration process.

  • Suggesting Sales Reps to generate RMA (Return Material) for incompatible warranty part numbers being ordered is also a responsibility of this role.

  • The successful candidate will compensate managers and all salespeople engaged in Service Renewal.

  • Resolving discrepancies in contracts, coordinating contract summaries, and distributing fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups are key duties of this role.

  • The job holder will coordinate the renewal and extension of Expiring Agreements/contracts.

  • Developing the scope and specifications for professional services and other engagements is also an important task.

  • Proactively managing customer information, including additions, moves, and changes within the contract and asset database, is a key responsibility.

  • Drafting and negotiating Service Agreements/contracts with partners and clients is a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

* Excellent English communication skills are required.

* Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications is essential.

* Team work and motivational skills are necessary.

* Proficiency in MS Excel is required.

* Knowledge of software licensing, Microsoft software, Adobe software, and latest hardware in computers is beneficial.
