Job Description:

This role involves administering Service agreements presented by Manufacturers to partners and ensuring their timely registration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of computer hardware and software applications, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the registration process, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with business practices.

  • They will proactively manage customer information, including additions, moves, and changes within the registration and asset database.

  • The job holder will retrieve registration confirmations from vendors and resolve inconsistencies in registration data from vendors/manufacturers side.

  • The candidate will gather missing information from Sales Reps and internal departments to complete the registration process.

  • Suggesting Sales Reps to generate RMA (Return Material) for incompatible warranty part numbers being ordered is also a responsibility of this role.

  • The successful candidate will resolve discrepancies in contracts, coordinate contract summaries, and distribute fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.

  • Coordinating the renewal and extension of Expiring Agreements/contracts is also a key duty.

  • Developing the scope and specifications for professional services and other engagements is an important task.

  • Proactively managing customer information, including additions, moves, and changes within the contract and asset database, is a key responsibility.

  • Drafting and negotiating Service Agreements/contracts with partners and clients is a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

* Excellent English communication skills are required.

* Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications is essential.

* Team work and motivational skills are necessary.

* Proficiency in MS Excel is required.

* Knowledge of software licensing, Microsoft software, Adobe software, and latest hardware in computers is beneficial.
