Senior Order Management Specialist, Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Order Management Specialist. This key position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of our order management processes.

This specialist will leverage their expertise to support the operations department with critical tasks such as creating non-standard and complex quotes, generating order forms, completing sales orders, and overseeing the end-to-end processing of deals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Sales Force Quote to Cash cycle by coordinating and executing order management processes from initiation to completion.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues within the Q2C process through thorough analysis and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Provide guidance on complex deal structures by analyzing and interpreting customer requirements and market trends.
  • Quote creation and completion involve crafting customized quotes that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Order cancellation requires careful consideration of customer preferences and business objectives.
  • Account renewals involve reviewing and updating customer information to ensure accurate representation in our systems.
  • Contract buyout quotes require evaluating customer options and providing recommendations for optimal outcomes.
  • Opportunity stage amendments involve adjusting customer records to reflect changes in their status or progress.
  • Package upgrade/downgrade requires assessing customer needs and suggesting suitable alternatives.
  • Vendor finance deals involve managing relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Account audits require conducting thorough reviews of customer accounts to identify areas for improvement.
  • Account mergers involve integrating customer information from multiple sources to create a unified view.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree in Business Management disciplines, preferably Finance or Accounts, is highly valued.
  • Strong business communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary for data analysis and document preparation.
  • Knowledge and experience of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Preferably, candidates have experience working with ERP systems to streamline business processes.
  • The ideal candidate is very organized, meticulous, and detailed in entering information, with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all projects and requests.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high-volume workload situations is crucial.
