Business Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements for Agile projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and QA teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Utilize JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning and tracking progress.
  • Maintain documentation in Confluence, ensuring up-to-date requirements and workflows.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives and daily stand-ups as needed.
  • Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to identify business opportunities and process improvements.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide support in testing efforts, including writing test cases and validating deliverables.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with API integrations and technical documentation.
