Job Title: Technology Program Analyst II

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement process improvements using deep knowledge of technology
  • Evaluate and select technology tools for post-sales teams
  • Support management in achieving technology objectives
  • Manage tool access and configuration requests
  • Triage day-to-day issues with internal and external tools
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering to implement new processes and workflows
Required Skills and Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in technology operations or similar field
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and surrounding ecosystem
  • Project management and process improvement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new technologies quickly
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience implementing and improving customer support systems
  • PREFERRED: Certified Salesforce Administrator/Consultant
