The role of an HR Compliance Manager is to oversee the strategic planning and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
This involves leading annual strategic planning sessions with top management, preparing the annual HR Strategic Resource Plan, and proposing departmental structures in coordination with Department Heads.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Lead annual strategic planning sessions with top management to prepare the annual Business Scorecard and ensure departmental KPIs align with it.
- HR Planning: Prepare the annual HR Strategic Resource Plan in coordination with departmental heads, considering immediate and long-term staffing requirements.
- Department Restructuring: Provide guidance and input on departmental restructuring and succession planning.
- Organizational Chart: Update and share the organizational chart monthly with Heads of Departments and Directors.
- KPI Management: Create and implement KPIs for all departments.
- Employee Engagement: Assist top management in preparing employee engagement survey solutions.
- Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve employee issues, maintaining healthy relationships.
- Compliance Risk: Regularly identify and evaluate HR and compliance risks.
- Job Analysis: Conduct job analysis to prepare job descriptions for all positions within the organogram.
- Recruitment: Participate in recruitment and selection processes upon receiving employee requisitions.
- Payroll Review: Review and approve monthly payroll.
- Salary Reviews: Conduct salary reviews every alternate year, comparing with market trends.
- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis to identify current and future training requirements.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in managing HR and compliance.
- Skills: Must possess strong communication, business acumen, analytical skills, HR and compliance knowledge, leadership qualities, and relationship management skills.
