Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to support organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process automation and system enhancements
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, meeting strict deadlines and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualification with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Proven expertise in IFRS and accounting best practices, with a strong technical foundation
  • Experience working with ERP systems, with a focus on data analysis and visualization
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with a comfort level in using automation tools and reporting platforms
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
