We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales/Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in placing outbound calls to potential customers. A technical background is preferred, but not required.

As an Outbound Sales/Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for working directly with customers via telephone and email to describe products and services and persuade leads or potential customers to purchase new products and/or services. You will also educate customers on product offerings and services to improve their online presence, explain pricing, and answer questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.

The responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Work directly with customers via telephone and email to describe products and services.
  2. Educate customers on product offerings and services.
  3. Follow-up with customers via phone or email following initial sales contact.
  4. Consistently meet organizational monthly sales goals.
  5. Continued product education to better service customer calls.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  1. One or more years of experience in telesales in a high volume fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong customer service and telesales skills.
  3. Experienced with web-based applications, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and any of the popular CRM tools.
  4. Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
  6. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Excellent English speaking skills (North American accent preferred).
  8. Good professional attitude and excellent temperament.
  9. Willingness to work during the night shift (to work with clients in the US East coast time zone).
