About the Role:

The Senior Sales Manager will lead a dynamic sales team, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. This position requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and a results-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
  • Explore New Markets: Identify and pursue new customer segments, property types, and markets to expand the client base.
  • Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and supervise sales professionals to ensure top-notch performance and foster a culture of accountability and motivation.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and clients, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.

For this role, we are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making.
