Job Description

We are seeking an expert in telecom systems to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing contact center and unified communication platforms.

Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving complex problems, providing high-level technical consultation support, and supporting configuration programming changes.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Genesys Cloud CX Contact Center and other UC platforms, as well as knowledge of ITIL service delivery, SLAs, and supporting global customers in a 24/7 environment.

Security expertise for contact center platforms in PCI and HIPAA environments is also highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Telecoms required.
  2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience with Genesys Cloud in the contact center industry.
  3. Experience with Genesys Cloud solutions including telephony, contact center, integrations, reporting, analytics, call routing, performance management, and digital channels.
  4. Subject matter expert (SME) for software engineers and business users on Genesys integrations and implementations.
  5. Proficiency with APIs, networking (TCP/IP, SIP, WAN), and telecom CDN knowledge.
