We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to develop and maintain our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building and deploying CRM software from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a CRM system tailored to the needs of service-based businesses.
  • Customize the CRM to support business processes including customer management, scheduling, invoicing and reporting.
  • Integrate the CRM with other existing software tools and platforms.
  • Test and debug the CRM to ensure it is secure and performs efficiently.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with new features and ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to users addressing any issues or questions related to the CRM.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building and deploying CRM software independently.
  • Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with database management and integration.
  • Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
