Job Title: Learning Experience Specialist

Create engaging e-learning experiences that meet the needs of learners and align with business objectives.

  • Design and develop interactive courses using Articulate Rise360 to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill acquisition.
  • Develop graphics, visuals, and videos using Canva to increase learner engagement and motivation.
  • Optimize course frameworks to ensure they are effective in meeting content and learner needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content to ensure it is relevant and impactful.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to craft effective learning materials that drive results.
  • Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks to measure learning outcomes and inform future improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with training teams to align course design with program goals and objectives.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into easy-to-understand learning content that meets learner needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors or external partners for multimedia and design needs to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
  • Strong expertise in Articulate Rise360, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory.
  • Ability to transform technical or complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools is a plus.
  • Start-up or high-growth environment experience is an advantage.
  • Self-starter with adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a learner-first approach.
