Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience working on cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new features and maintain existing ones using a full-stack approach.
  • Contribute to the component library system and ensure responsive design principles are followed.
  • Work with Node.js to build and secure APIs and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Scrum/Agile methodologies, including daily standups and sprint planning.
  • Address technical debt and fix bugs to maintain system stability.
  • Use GitHub for version control and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, flagging issues and providing updates on progress.
  • Interact with GCP services like Google Buckets and demonstrate proficiency with Docker and command-line tools.
Core Tech Stack:
  • Frontend: React, Tailwind, React Aria. A key focus is on building data-driven UI and charting systems.
  • Backend: Node.js (with Feathers/Express) and MongoDB. Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Hosted on GCP with a Kubernetes-based setup. Developers should be comfortable with Docker and command-line tools.
Ai and Integrations:
  • The role involves working on innovative AI initiatives, with opportunities to engage with:
  • Semantic search using vector embeddings in Elasticsearch.
  • Document Q&A using Vertex AI and Google Gemini.
  • Creating a notebook-like functionality for multi-file Q&A.
  • Developing AI agents for customer profiling and opportunity surfacing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full-stack experience with React and Node.js is a mandatory baseline.
  • Proficiency with component libraries, CSS, and HTML.
  • Familiarity with team collaboration tools such as Jira and Slack.
  • Experience with and enthusiasm for AI is highly valued, particularly with LLMs and agentic tools.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
  • Ability to overlap with US morning hours to coordinate with offshore teams.
