Expert Legal Affairs Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as an Expert in Legal Affairs.

  • This role will involve providing dedicated legal support to our organization, including consultation, advice, contract review and negotiation.
  • You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating with internal stakeholders and external parties, and providing legal advice to personnel at all levels of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract, corporate, litigations and intellectual property laws, as well as excellent writing, analytical and communication skills.

As an Expert in Legal Affairs, you will play a critical role in driving our success and empowering millions of customers with the tools necessary to progress in an increasingly digital economy.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bar at Law/LLM/LLB Degree with at least five (05) years working experience in an in-house legal team or law firm.
  • Knowledge of contract, corporate, litigations and intellectual property laws.
  • Strong writing, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to research and analyze complex information.
