Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate to support our clients on their Sustainability transformation journey from governance, strategy development, implementation, reporting, and assurance.

  • Take part in consulting engagements on sustainability strategy, implementation, reporting (ESRS, IFRS S1 & S2, GRI), and assurance.
  • Conduct research and analysis on sustainability-related areas, regulations, local and global trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Must have 1-5 years of experience in sustainability-related work with a focus on sustainability reporting or advisory.
  • Experience in GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, GHG measurement, GHG Protocol, LCA, Net Zero, SBTi, Carbon Management, and ISO 14064.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and capability to deliver engagements on Sustainability Strategy Development and Implementation.

Desirable:

  • Have a grasp of the latest trends in sustainability/ESG issues for a variety of businesses and demonstrate the ability to propose solutions.
  • Must possess market research and data analytical skills, including synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights and dashboards.
  • Adequate technical knowledge on climate science and scenario modeling.
About You

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree holders in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Sustainable Development, Climate Science and modeling, or other related fields.
