Digital Sales Mastery

This role requires someone capable of generating new sales leads and opportunities through various digital channels. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in lead generation and sales through online platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Upwork, Bark, X (formerly Twitter), and similar channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new sales leads and opportunities through digital channels.
  2. Achieve a minimum sales target of $4,000 to $6,000 per month.
  3. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  5. Follow up on cold data and potential leads through phone calls, online communication, and CRM systems.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients.
  8. Exceed sales goals through effective communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively pitch and position products.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in sales, preferably with a focus on online platforms.
  2. Understanding of cold outreach strategies and lead-generation techniques.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  5. Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  7. Comfortable with technology and CRM software.
