Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to clients, ensuring prompt resolution of technical problems.

  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware LAN/Wi-Fi issues with precision and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT-related field.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on clarity and concision.
  • Proficient oral and written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Job Description:
