Job Title: Enabling HR Operations

Are you a highly skilled professional looking to broaden your Human Resources experience in operations? We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR operations within a complex organization.

This role will provide you with the chance to work across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be required to collaborate with various teams to ensure consistency of user experience, client satisfaction, and quality of service.

  • Support office activities of a generalist nature, including liaising with external authorities and managing employee documentation.
  • Manage medical insurance enrollment/deletion and support employees with insurance-related queries.
  • Provide insights for Talent Consultants and Talent Development through close collaboration with the Rapid HR Operations Manager.
  • Liaise with Managed Services/HR and act as an escalation point for Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all HR matters, escalating to the Rapid HR Operations Manager as needed for higher-risk/sensitive cases.
  2. Provide guidance and management of involuntary separations, including probation terminations and employee performance dismissals.
  3. Work with counselors to handle performance management cases and probations up to and including dismissals.
  4. Ensure the support and delivery of key operational areas such as PIPs and Exits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience working in HR operations within a professional services firm or a complex organization. Ideally, you will have experience working in HR operations at a MENA/international level.

You should be highly competent in using Excel and have experience working with Shared Services and handling large-scale projects.
