Project Manager - IT Service Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring seamless service execution and efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project delivery plans for digital services, including content writing, video editing, and web development.
  • Actively hire, onboard, and maintain a pool of skilled resources to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain resource pipelines, balancing workload distribution and future capacity planning.
  • Track KPIs, performance metrics, and delivery timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with other project managers to coordinate high-volume client deliveries.
  • Conduct daily meetings, monitor performance, and adjust workflows as needed.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, such as accounting, business, or IT.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, talent acquisition, and operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Strong reasoning, communication, and task management skills.
  • Experience with KPI-driven management, capacity planning, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with digital services and remote work environments.
