
Sales Growth Specialist

Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify prospects, set appointments, conduct effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and deliver demos, handle objections, and provide solutions to customer needs.
- Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards are upheld.
- Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with sales management software.
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
