Job Description

Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, conduct effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and deliver demos, handle objections, and provide solutions to customer needs.
  • Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards are upheld.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with sales management software.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
