Strategic Workforce Planning Professional

We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting the firm's current and future workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze workforce trends and apply the latest workforce strategy to optimize staffing levels.
  • Develop short and long-term workforce plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal deployment of human resources based on skill sets and project requirements.
  • Monitor and adjust resource plans on a real-time basis to address changing priorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Resource Planning, Data Analytics or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in system transformation and resource planning.
  • Hands-on experience working on spreadsheets and other similar tools/software for data management and analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Data Analysis and Visualization.
  • Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management.
  • Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Talent Management.
