We are seeking an experienced scheduler to provide strategic planning services for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large-scale construction projects within the data centre or similar project type.

1. Establish a project schedule management system with the project manager and director.
2. Collaborate with the project team to prepare the project schedule at different levels.
3. Prepare high-level scheduling reports for the steering committee to analyze project schedule progress.
4. Provide key milestones to the construction, procurement, and design teams to align interface milestones and organize meetings for timeline analysis and gap identification.
5. Coordinate team reviews and approvals of the schedule.
6. Instruct key coordination dates for project execution to achieve schedule alignment between contractors.
7. Alert potential project delays.
8. Report project execution status in various formats for different purposes.
