We are seeking an experienced warehouse professional to oversee the daily operations of our warehouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.

The warehouse manager will supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. They will also schedule and oversee the warehouse team, managing the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, ensuring a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the supervision of warehouse supervisors and their teams, analyzing productivity and developing actionable plans for loss prevention.
  • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.
  • Communicate with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics operations management or supply chain management is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of working experience as a warehouse manager role, with proven experience managing warehouse supervisors and their teams.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems is required, preferably SAP.
  • SCM+ certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, including goal setting, team motivation, and conflict management.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Effective interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Solid project management capabilities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • In-depth understanding of warehouse operations, industry standards, and company best practices.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control, and logistics.
