Facilities Maintenance Manager Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance team at Chase Value Centre.

About the Role

This is a senior role that requires a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance procedures and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing effective maintenance procedures.
  2. Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve any issues.
  3. Checking electrical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  4. Planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities.
  5. Maintaining accurate logs of maintenance activities and reporting on daily progress.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
