Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and perform general administrative tasks.
  • Communication Management: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling email correspondence and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on diverse topics as assigned, providing relevant information to decision making.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Accounting & Finance/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Public Relations.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for sales.
