Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Communication Management: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling email correspondence and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on diverse topics as assigned, providing relevant information to decision making.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Accounting & Finance/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Public Relations.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for sales.
