Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support professional who can effectively communicate with clients and provide them with top-notch service.

This is a fixed salary-based position that requires the selected candidate to make and receive calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong data entry skills, and the ability to solve practical problems in various situations.

  • Resolve customer queries to their satisfaction level.
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including word processing, excel, and secretarial tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, faxes, and text messages.
  • Keep track of queries, calls, and other communications.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining professional relations with existing and new customers, responding to public inquiries, and handling support calls. They will also assist staff as needed and maintain a comprehensive filing system.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Perfect English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various variables in unstandardized situations.
